Sean
Sean has started 6th grade and is in the GATE program. He's working really hard at keeping his grades up so he can be on the Principal's Honor Roll. He is now an official Boy Scout and is excited to be with the big guys now. He also began taking trumpet lessons and is in the school band. Sean loves to play with Bosco, playing X-Box, and is learning about Fantasy Basketball Leagues thanks to his dad. So...needless to say, basketball scores and Laker games are a BIG deal in our house. Glad he's having fun!
First Day of School
Maddie
Maddie is quite the busy little bee as an 8th grader. Her goal this year is to get straight A's and so far she's right on target. She also auditioned for Honors Choir and made it! Maddie loves to be involved with some activities at school such as Helping Hands, which is a community service club. Maddie is the also the Assistant Editor for the school newspaper. She even has her own monthly segment called "Cultural Corner" which talks about teenagers and their culture and traditions from around the world. She is in Girl Scouts and has just started dancing Ballet Folklorico again. She's a busy bee for sure....wonder where she gets that from?
